Imam Hussein shrine organizes a specialized course for Bahraini Quran activists

The Dar-ol-Quran Center of Imam Hussein’s holy shrine in Karbala, Iraq, has organized a specialized Quranic course for Bahraini Quran activists.

According to the Astan (custodianship) of the holy shrine, 50 male and female memorizers and reciters of Quran have participated in the course.

Ali Ubud Al-Tayi, head of the Quran Education Section of the Astan, said that “Seyyed Al-Shuhada” Center in Karbala is hosting the Quranic program.

Sowt, Lahn, Waqf and Ibtida are the themes taught in morning and evening classes for one week.

The participants are members of “Al-Dhikr Al-Hakeem” Association, which is the biggest Quranic association of Shia Muslims in Bahrain.
